"I had an RTT session with Melanie, and what I noticed at first meeting her was how intuitive and understanding Melanie was. I know immediately she would bring a lot of herself, her warmth and wisdom into the RTT session.

"I worked with Melanie on 'impostor syndrome'. I really liked how she initially suggested that etiquettes such as those (thus the quotiation marks) may shape our own understanding of ourselves, as we might so accept layers from the society-speak that don't really pertain to our life experience. My life of money blocks ended withe my RTT with Melanie Arnold As an atist; i have many accolades and international successes but the money never followed. i booked a consultation with melanie, as i felt trapped in emotions over my x partner. There was so much confusion for me & huge feelings of self worthlessness; i just felt stuck & the thought of moving forward seemed near impossible; the self doubt, the waves of anxiety and just feeling low would not shift! I approached Melanie in april 2023 for help with my anxiety; I was using alcohol and substances as a coping mechanism which was subsequently having an effect on my mental wellbeing & also my relationship with my partner. I was initially dubious about RTT & whether it would work for me as i had already tried other therapy's & i felt like i had had these issues for so long, so i had pretty much convinced myself that nothing would work. I can honestly say, i'm amazed! with the results & feel like a new person.

I have stopped using substances, greatly reduced alcohol intake and have been able to tune into my own resources and feel so much more relaxed and in control & even my relationship has gone from strength to strength. I'm learning to be kinder to myself and have a much more positive outlook on life.
