After your 20min complementary call and moving forward, we can book you your RTT session there and then which is a 2 step process booking.

"A global deep dive full consultation" via zoom or google meet. A simple form will be emailed immediately to you which can be completed on line and returned no later than 24hrs before global dive consultation. This enables us to maximise our time together in your session & clarify the issue you wish to address, what you would like to change and what your desired outcome would be.

Or Simply book your Time with me...RTT session; on booking you will receive, confirmation, a intake form & terms & conditions, which must be completed & returned within 48hrs prior to your global consultation., The date you have chosen under" RTT session, the beginning of your two step process forwards, which means that the date booked is your global deep dive consultation, on finalising of the consultation, together we will schedule your Full session of RTT at your earliest convenience.

Step 3 stepping into empowered self.

On your scheduled day step 2, we will recap on the information gathered from intake and consultation, for absolute clarity!

A rapid smooth induction of hypnotherapy will be induced, to gently take us where we need to go by easing and shifting into the parasympathetic nervous system achieved by direct suggestion and relaxation is its wonderful by-product by shifting awareness from external to Lets focus on internal, all of which are natural occur in day to day living.

This is a moment of brilliance on your part, the most insightful lens you could gift yourself. It is IMPOSSIBLE to physically step back in time, therefore you will be working with you adult critical mind, something we don´t develop until approximately 14years old and that developing moment in time is already made some phenomenal decisions about self, based on childhood experiences & dependant on others to survive.
